We’ve developed detailed procedures as part of our “Quality Program Requirements” for control of all information, documentation, engineering, design, material purchases, manufacturing, processing, inspection, nondestructive testing, gage calibration, and other parameters. Balls are inspected using the finest gaging equipment and inspection techniques available to assure that every ball we ship meets your specifications exactly.
We also maintain a complete record of every job, including all material, chemical, and physical properties, heat treat data, and inspection test results, allowing us to reschedule repeat orders quickly and easily.
